Anova 7500

A clean, almost entirely bare white ground carrying a web of gold-amber veining: thick primary veins branching into the finest secondary ones like roots, covering the whole slab rather than part of it. This is Anova's reading of Calacatta Gold, and it is a bold one — the gold is warm and prominent, not a hint.

A surface like this leads the room. It works best against quiet cabinetry in white, pale timber or deep green, with no statement splashback competing. Because the veining is large and directional, plan the layout with us before cutting — particularly on an island with a waterfall edge, where the vein should carry from the top down the side.

Anova Quartz is an Israeli maker and importer based in Be'er Sheva, supplying engineered quartz with a high quartz content and a twelve-year warranty (registered online after installation). The quartz is non-porous — it will not absorb wine, lemon or oil, it never needs resealing, and soap and water handle the daily clean. Like all engineered quartz it is not heat-proof, so a hot pan goes on a trivet rather than on the worktop.
