Caesarstone 1001 Riverlet

From the Natural range: a warm ivory that reads almost uniform. There is movement in it, but it is very soft — hints of honey that show up close and vanish from two metres away. If you wanted a surface with a pattern that pulls the eye, this is not it; if you wanted a warm ground that will not argue with the cabinetry, it is exactly it.

Matte finish only, in 1.3 and 2 cm, on a 327 × 164 cm jumbo slab. The quartz is non-porous and never needs sealing, but a pale matte surface shows greasy marks, so it wants a regular wipe. Not heat-proof: a hot pan goes on a trivet.
